Phase 2 of a 181-home subdivision by Garman Homes was met with no public opposition at this meeting. At the 2020 meeting where this project was originally rezoned, the applicant reinforced their strong commitment to pedestrian walkways and shared ownership.
53% of the project is open space is owned by the HOA. Only the lots themselves are owned by private ownership.
The houses will be fiber cement sided, roofed with standing seam, and will each have 18’ driveways.
