Gerald Lowe, a partial property owner and the CEO of G&L Construction, Inc. shared with Ultraground that Mebane presented a stark contrast to working with individuals like Graham and Elon.

It was a challenging experience.

The project faced significant pushback on density, resulting in a reduction to around 90 units. Despite the difficulties, the land has been successfully sold to KB Home.

Summerhaven is a SFR community that was approved. It went before Council to receive a variance for a new entrance to the subdivision.

Council agreed that there should be a benefit for residents or the city before making changes.

His request was denied and the original 2020 approval stood.
